Frequently Asked Questions
At Jefferson Land Partners, we specialize in vacant and undeveloped land throughout
Florida. Some parcels have utilities such as sewer, water, or power available, while others are fully raw with no service connections. Each listing includes full details so you know exactly what’s included with the property.
Many of our properties come from landowners who need to sell quickly due to life circumstances, tax situations, or financial needs. Because we purchase directly and efficiently, we often secure land at discounted prices—and we pass those savings on to our buyers. It’s a simple, transparent, win-win process.
Some of our land is listed on the MLS, especially when the property is best suited for traditional marketing or when it benefits from broader exposure. However, we also offer off-market opportunities that never appear on the MLS. These properties come directly from our network of landowners and investors, giving our buyers access to deals that are not widely advertised and often priced more competitively.
Yes—Lori Delin is a licensed real estate agent in Florida. Jefferson Land Partners offers
both types of opportunities:
● Properties we personally own and sell, and
● Land we list on the MLS for clients when it suits their needs.
This flexibility allows us to help both buyers and sellers in the most efficient way possible.
Many buyers choose to pay cash because it allows for a faster closing process, but we do accept offers from buyers who are pre-approved and can close within a reasonable timeframe. Some of our parcels may also qualify for owner financing, depending on the property. If you need financing, just reach out—we’re happy to discuss your options.
Simply visit our Contact Us page to email or call. We handle offers on a first-come,
first-served basis, and calling is usually the fastest way to reserve a property. Once you’re
ready, we’ll request an earnest deposit to secure your purchase. We’re here to answer your
questions and make the process clear and comfortable from start to finish.
We add new land opportunities regularly, both on our website and on the MLS. Since many
of our properties sell quickly, we recommend checking back often—or contacting us to be
notified when new land becomes available.
